Very nicely done . Yesterday only I got similar case, managed with pneumatic lithotripter. Faced difficulty in reaching to upper part of the stone and every time on breaking it turns around does not slip to upper ureter or lower ureter but slips on its axis. What can be done for its stabilisation using pneumatic lithotripter!
